How do I know if I need a repair or a full roof replacement?
If the problem is limited to one area, such as a leak around a vent or a few shingles lost in a storm, a repair usually makes sense. When the shingles are worn across the whole roof, leaks keep coming back or the decking has gone soft, replacement is often the better use of your money. We'll look at the roof and tell you plainly which one we recommend and why.
Do you handle storm damage and insurance claims?
Yes. We repair storm damage, and we can inspect the roof, document what we find and work with your insurance company on the claim. Our customers also get free priority storm inspections for life, so after a big wind or hail storm you're near the front of the line.

How long does a typical asphalt shingle roof last here?
Most asphalt shingle roofs last somewhere around 20 to 30 years, depending on the shingle, the attic ventilation and how much weather they take. Around Cincinnati, winter freeze-thaw cycles, summer heat and spring hail all add wear.
