Four inspections, from a free roof check-up to the owner's own visit a year after your new roof goes on.
We offer four inspections, and each one has a different job. The Roof Check-Up Inspection is free. It's the place to start if you're seeing signs of wear, buying a house, or just haven't had anyone on your roof in a while. Priority Storm Inspections are free for life. After hail or a windstorm, you can have us look before small damage turns into a leak. The other two come with a new roof from us. Before you pay for a roof replacement, we go through a 19-Point Final Inspection to check the work. Then, after the first year, Tim Mallory, the owner, comes out himself for the Happy Birthday Inspection to make sure everything is holding up the way it should. On any inspection, we check the shingles, flashing, vents and gutters. Then we tell you what we found in plain terms. If something needs attention, we'll explain your options. If nothing needs doing, we'll tell you that too.

Is the Roof Check-Up Inspection really free?
Yes. We'll look over your roof and tell you what condition it's in. If it needs work, we'll explain your options.
What is the Happy Birthday Inspection?
It's a free inspection after the first year on a roof we installed. Tim Mallory, the owner, does it himself to make sure everything is holding up.
When should I get a storm inspection?
Get one after any hail or strong wind, especially if you notice shingles in the yard or granules in the gutters. Our priority storm inspections are free for life. Contact us to schedule one.
